Seriously, how useful are these "behavioural" interview questions really? I hate being on the receiving end as I struggle to find "pat" stories to fit the myriads of such questions one gets. Maybe I need to be better at embellishment...I feel like they give the advantage to those who are good bullshitters...as so much else in life does.
This kind of tyrant is why I keep a [short] list of people that I’ll never work with again. I make sure they aren’t employed at the prospective new place before I interview. Because the one time I failed to do that, it got awkward. For him. 😏 There’s no revenge quite like becoming your old nemesis’s new boss.

Yeah, like nobody can afford to actually be honest in these questions, can they? Even if you didn't steal from the company.
