Seriously, how useful are these "behavioural" interview questions really? I hate being on the receiving end as I struggle to find "pat" stories to fit the myriads of such questions one gets. Maybe I need to be better at embellishment...I feel like they give the advantage to those who are good bullshitters...as so much else in life does.
