3 hours later: How about now? Try to delegete, don't go too much into details!

4 p.m.: Is it done? Please send status report (and those 3 people from the morning again: call/mail/chat).

If there is a feedback to be given, this would suggest that the right one is the Product Owner. In that case, this would actually be an XP approach ;)
