This is beyond true for me, in office days are mostly social interaction days rather than work days but hey ho, what can you do when the powers that be decide to read tea leaves instead of making data driven decisions...
I know someone like this lol. I even asked him once, "are you sure you have a lot of work?" seeing him having time to talk about nothing and laugh with everybody. And he was like "yeah, yeah, of course!" Acting busy on his computer an hour before the end of day xD
True, yet without social interaction there is no team just a bundled up gang of hired guns (think Mr White, Mr Brown, Mr Pink...). Full remote setups tend to turn colleagues and teammates into freelancers with benefits...
